MRS. WILMA ELLEN COOMBS of Magnetawan Peacefully at Eastholme in Powassan on Saturday November 16, 2013. Mrs. Wilma Coombs, beloved wife of the late Harry Maxfield Coombs, was in her 99th year. Dear mother of Birdie White (Don), Julia North (Alfred), Gerald Coombs (Debbie) and predeceased by sons Bill, Jim and Wayne. Proud grandmother of 14 grandchildren and many great and great great grandchildren. Wilma will be fondly remembered by all of her family and friends. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls in Tuesday November 19, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Coombs will be conducted in the chapel commencing at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday November 20, 2013 with Reverend Linda Saffrey officiating. Interment in Chapman Cemetery in Magnetawan. If desired, memorial donations to the Magnetawan Lion's Club would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
