MR. WILLIAM JOSEPH COOMBS Of Magnetawan Peacefully at his home in Magnetawan on Saturday April 25, 2009. Mr. Bill Coombs was in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Betty. Dear father of Randy (Ellen), Rosemary (Art), Harry, Gary (Kim) and Mary Anne (Clem). Predeceased by daughter Debbie, son Shawn, grand daughter Jennifer and brother Wayne. Cherished grandfather and great grandfather to many. Loving son of Wilma and the late Harry Coombs. Survived by siblings Birdie (Don), Jim, Julie (Alfred), Jerry (Debbie). Bill will be fondly remembered by his many friends, family and especially by his beloved dog Scampy. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday April 29, 2009. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Coombs will be conducted in the chapel commencing at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday April 29, 2009. Pastor Richard McQuillin officiating.
