MR. WILLIAM HAROLD AYRE BLACKMORE Of Orillia and formerly of Burk's Falls Peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital in Orillia on Thursday April 10, 2014 in his 89th year. Bill Blackmore, beloved husband of the late Muriel Blackmore (nee Bradford). Dear father of Kelly Fraser of Orillia and William Leigh Blackmore of British Columbia. Loving grandfather of Nicole, Megan, Chantal, Cherise and Chenoa. Brother-in-law of Marjorie Bradford and Alice Northcote. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Monday April 14, 2014 from 7-9 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Bill Blackmore will be conducted in the chapel on Tuesday April 15, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. with the Reverend Rick Callery officiating. Spring interment at the Burk's Falls Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
