MR. VICTOR KENNETH SHERWOOD Of Burk's Falls Peacefully at Huntsville District Memorial Hospital on Sunday December 7th, 2008. Mr. Ken Sherwood was in his 62nd year. Dear father of Roy and Heather both of Orillia and Leslie of Sundridge. Husband of the late Margaret MacFarlane. Son of the late Victor and Myrtle Sherwood. Dear brother of Oneida Trip (late Bob), David Sherwood (Sylvia), Thelma Sherwood, Leslie Sherwood (Ella) and Eileen Baril. Beloved grandfather, uncle, great uncle and friend to many. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burks Falls on Tuesday December 9th, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Sherwood will be conducted in the Chapel commencing at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday December 10th, 2008. Cremation to follow. Reverend's Graham and Freda MacDonald officiating. If desired, donations to the Lung Association would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
