MRS. VERNA HELEN CUNNINGHAM of Sundridge The family sadly announces the passing of Mrs. Verna Cunningham in Sudbury on Friday December 27, 2013 in her 91st year. Verna Cunningham, beloved wife of the late Earle Cunningham. Dear mother of Faye Grassam (Archie), Jean Cunningham, Kathy Johnston (late Earle), Sam Cunningham (Paula) and Helen Cunningham. She will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family will receive visitors at Knox Presbyterian Church on Main Street in Sundridge on Thursday January 2, 2014 from 12 - 2 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Verna Cunningham will be conducted in the church on Thursday January 2, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. with the Reverend Doctor Walter Winger officiating. Spring interment at the Strong Cemetery in Sundridge. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge. If desired, memorial donations to the Sundridge Food Bank would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
