Peacefully at Muskoka Landing in Huntsville on Monday May 13, 2019. Thelma Downs, beloved wife of the late Gregg Downs, was in her 103rd year.
Loving mother of Richard (Janet), Cathy (Jim), John (Cathy) and the late Colleen.
Proud grandmother of 11 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Thelma will be fondly remembered by all of her family and friends.
The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Friday May 24, 2019 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
A service to celebrate Thelma's life will follow in the chapel commencing at 1:00 p.m. with Father Theodore Nnorom officiating.
If desired, memorial donations to the Salvation Army or the Algonquin Grace Hospice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
