MR. STEVEN EDWARD GRACIE Of Burk's Falls Peacefully at Huntsville District Memorial Hospital on Friday September 10, 2010. Mr. Steve Gracie was in his 64th year. Dear son of Stanley and the late Myrtle Gracie. Beloved brother of Stanley, late Marie, Genevieve, Marilyn Thomas (Wayne), John (Kathy) and Howard (Alice). Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Tuesday September 14, 2010 from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday September 15, 2010 from 10:00 am until 11:00 a.m. The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 405 of Burk's Falls will conduct a tribute service in the funeral home Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Gracie will be conducted in the chapel commencing at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday September 15, 2010. Pastor Richard McQuillin officiating. Cremation to follow with interment of cremated remains in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
