Sharon Milligan

MRS. SHARON JEAN MILLIGAN (nee Borne) of Sudbury Passed away Wednesday, June 1st, 2011 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital, in her 62nd year. Beloved wife of Barry. Loving mother of Darrin (Caroline) and precious Grandma to Katie. Dear daughter of Velma (nee Metcalf) and the late George "Geordie" Borne of Burk's Falls. Dear sister of Larry Borne (Joyce) of Burk's Falls. Sharon will be sadly missed by her extended family; Patrick Milligan (Helen) of Hamilton, Sherry Kay(Greg) of Sudbury and their children and grandchildren. She is already being missed by her canine companions. Sharon was a kind and generous friend to all and will be forever remembered as a "good and giving person." A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Milligan will be conducted at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls commencing at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday June 12, 2011. The family will receive visitors in the chapel from 12:00 p.m. until time of service. Interment of cremated remains in the Midlothian Cemetery, Burk's Falls. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice would besincerely appreciated by the family
