The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Tuesday January 17, 2012 from 7 to 9 p.m. A service to celebrate Samantha's life will be conducted in the chapel commencing at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday January 18, 2012 with Pastor Rick Putman officiating.
