MR. RUDY APPEL of Burk's Falls Peacefully at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Tuesday December 24, 2013. Mr. Rudy Appel was in his 60th year. Loving father of Emma Appel. Brother in law to Dave McVittie (Paula). Rudy will be fondly remembered by all of his family and friends for his genuine love of children, his ironic sense of humor, being a good listener; he will be missed. Private family arrangements have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls.
