MR. ROSS JAMES MCINDOO of Sundridge and formerly of Burk's Falls Peacefully at the Algonquin Grace Hospice in Huntsville on Wednesday December 28, 2016 in his 62nd year. Ross McIndoo, beloved son of the late Phyllis Dawdy and the late Roger McIndoo. Cherished grandson of the late Elsie and late Victor McIndoo. Dear brother of Donald, Stephen and Gordon. Ross will be fondly remembered by his girlfriend Lise and missed by his many friends and staff of Community Living, Christian Horizons and the whole communities of Sundridge, South River and Burk's Falls along with his many other relatives and friends. Ross was an enthusiastic member of the Special Olympics bowling team, was generous, humble and kind. He enjoyed his job, woodworking with his friends at Community Living. Ross cared deeply for all communities he was part of and touched all people he encountered. Visitors will be received at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge on Tuesday January 3, 2016 from 1-3 and 6-8 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Ross McIndoo will be conducted in the chapel on Wednesday January 4, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Joshua Stone officiating. Spring interment at the Burk's Falls Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Algonquin Grace Hospice would be sincerely appreciated.
