MRS. ROSETTA DOROTHY GREEN Of Burk's Falls Peacefully at the St. Joseph's Hospital in Hamilton on Saturday December 8, 2012 in her 85th year. Rose Green (nee Warriner), beloved wife of the late Edward (Ted) Green. Dear mother of Wanda Kent (Murray) of Amherstburg and Barbara Gray (Gregory) of Hamilton. Loving grandmother of Kiera and Benjamin Kent , Teagan and Riley Gray. Cherished sister of Kathleen Herbert (late Roy) and predeceased by sisters; Lillian, Pearl, Marion and brothers; Gord, Gilbert, Joseph, Bob, Orville and Carl. Fondly remembered by Julie and Geoff Green of Camden New South Wales, Australia, her many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Wednesday December 12, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. A service to the celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Rose Green will be conducted at the Zion United Church in Sundridge on Thursday December 13, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. with the Reverend Lori Campbell and Sarah Grady officiating. Spring interment at the Burk's Falls Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Hospital for Sick Children would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
