MRS. RITA PELTOMAA of Kearney (nee Ryan) Peacefully at The Pines in Bracebridge on Tuesday September 13, 2016. Rita Peltomaa, beloved wife of the late Arthur Peltomaa was in her 91st year. Cherished sister of Donald Ryan (Connie) of Napanee and Sheila Fetterley (Chuck) of Oromocto, New Brunswick. Predeceased by parents Florence and Clement Ryan and siblings; Jack Ryan, Theresa Smith, Kenneth Ryan and David Ryan. Rita will be fondly remembered by all of her nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated in St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Kearney on Saturday September 17, 2016 commencing at 11:00 a.m. with Father Theodore Nnorom officiating. Interment in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Kearney. If desired, memorial donations to the St. Patrick's Restoration Fund would be sincerely appreciated by the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls.
