RICK SIMPSON Of Burk's Falls Peacefully at his home on Wednesday February 21, 2018. Rick Simpson, beloved husband of June, was in his 71st year. Dear father of Pam Pratt (Brian), Sherry Galey (Bill), Randy Simpson and Charlene Poulin (Paul). Proud grandfather of Mike, Stacey , Kayla, Brent (Natasha), Emily (Jordan), Matt (Jasmine), Riley, Aiden and great grandfather to Ayven, Jayden, Maddison, Kaleb and Ciara. Rick is survived by his siblings; Christine Davidson, Chuck Simpson, Ken Simpson (Brenda) and will be fondly remembered by Bill Smith and all of his family and friends. A celebration of Rick's life will be conducted at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 405 in Burks Falls on Sunday February 25, 2018 from 1 to 3 p.m. with words of welcome at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls.
