MR. RALPH RUSSELL Of South River Peacefully at the North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site on Friday, October 2, 2009 in his 75th year. Ralph Russell, beloved husband of Delorus Russell (nee Paige). Loving father of Debbie Russell, Linda Grant (Peter) and Irwin Russell all of South River. Dear brother of Lena Alexander, Jim Russell (Ann) and Dorothy Paige. Predeceased by parents Wellington and Elizabeth Russell (nee Bossert), siblings Laura, Albert, Elizabeth, Wellington, Roy, Jack, Mamie, Charlie and son-in-law Darrel. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and many friends in the area. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street, Sundridge on Monday, October 5, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Russell will be conducted in the chapel on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. with the Reverend Rick Callery officiating. Interment at Siloam Cemetery, South River, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
