Ralph Conrad Minor

Passed away at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto on Saturday, October 12, 2024, he was in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Catherine Minor (nee Waldriff). Cherished father of Neil Minor (Sarah) and predeceased by his daughter Erica Riley. Proud grandfather of Michael Riley (Paul Mabon), Aurora Riley (Michael Soulliere), Will and Oliver Minor. Survived by his siblings Gary Minor (Noreen), Patricia White (Bruce), Martin Minor (Barb), Jeff Minor, predeceased by his brother Earl Minor and his parents Harvey & Donabel Minor. He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Ralph worked at OPG and retired in 2004. He enjoyed the spending time with family and friends, the cottage in Brent, fishing, playing cards, BBQing, going in the boat to look for moose and family reunions. He also enjoyed wood working, & intarsia projects. Handing out his deer pins at Christmas which he did for 20 years traveling to Cuba.

Cremation has taken place at Forest Lawn Crematorium. Family will receive friends at the Opatovsky Funeral Home- Moore Chapel on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 1:00 p.m. If desired, donations to the Lung Association or Canadian Mental Health Association North Bay & District would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
