PEARL MARLENE ANDREWS of Toronto Peacefully, surrounded by her family at Scarborough General Hospital on Saturday October 12, 2013. Pearl Andrews was 57 years of age. Pearl was a nurse at Sunnybrook Health Science Centre for 30 years. Beloved daughter of Ethel and the late Henry Andrews. Loving sister of Coral Ball (Jim), Linda Hamburger (Steve), Tim Andrews (Brenda) and the chosen sister of Kathy Harmer. Pearl will be fondly remembered by Uncle Bill. Dear aunt to Lorrie-Ann Insley (Brandon), Nathan Ball (Shauna), Jeffrey Ball, Emily Andrews, David Botham (Wenda) and great nephews Ashton and Phoenix. A service to celebrate the life of the late Pearl Andrews will be conducted in St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Burk's Falls commencing at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday October 26, 2013 with Reverend Steve Hamburger and Reverend Doctor Walter Winger officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Doctors Without Borders or the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
