MRS. PATRICIA MARY RHEAUME LAING Of Eastholme in Powassan, formerly of Burk's Falls Peacefully at Eastholme in Powassan on Thursday October 8, 2009 in her 96th year. Patricia Laing, beloved wife of the late Arthur George Laing. Dear mother of Judy C. Barr (late Morry), Peter Arthur Laing (Terri) and Cheryl "Cheri" Laing (Albert Rudis). Loving grandmother of Patti, Ilona, Karen, Paul, Kim, Michael, Cathy, Christie, Christian, Courtney, Lindsay, Ben, Carenda, Lorraine, Elaine, and her many great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street, Burk's Falls on Friday October 9, 2009 from 7-9 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Patricia Laing will be conducted at the Church of the Holy Spirit in Burk's Falls on Saturday October 10, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. with Father John Albao officiating. Interment at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church Cemetery, North Bay, Ontario.
