MRS. NORMA VICTORIA THORNBORROW Of Sundridge Peacefully at Leisureworld in North Bay on Thursday April 12, 2012 in her 91st year. Norma Thornborrow (nee Cutter), beloved wife of the late Fred Thornborrow. Dear mother of Paul Thornborrow (Ida), Keith Thornborrow (Bernice), Brian Thornborrow (Lillian), David Thornborrow (Vera), Gregory Thornborrow (Maureen) and Miriam Bussieres (Michael). Loving grandmother of 19 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Predeceased by brother Robert Cutter and sister Alma Aylett. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge on Sunday April 15, 2012 from 1-4 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Norma Thornborrow will be conducted at Knox Presbyterian Church in Sundridge on Monday April 16, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. with the Reverend Les Drayer and the Reverend Doctor Walter Winger officiating. Interment in the Strong Cemetery, Sundridge. If desired, memorial donations to the Sundridge Happy Gang, the Sundridge Horticultural Society or Knox Presbyterian Church would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
