MRS. MURIEL BLACKMORE Of Burk's Falls Suddenly at Soldier's Memorial Hospital in Orillia on Sunday February 5, 2012. Mrs. Muriel Blackmore was in her 84th year. Beloved wife of William Blackmore. Dear mother of Kelly Anne Fraser and William Leigh Blackmore. Cherished grandmother of Nicole Ellen and Megan Ayre Fraser; Chantal, Cherice and Chenoa Blackmore. Muriel is survived by her sister Alice Northcote and sister-in-law Marjorie Bradford and will be fondly remembered by all her family and friends. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Wednesday February 8, 2012 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Blackmore will be conducted in the chapel commencing at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday February 9, 2012 with Reverend James Woolcott officiating. Spring interment in the Burk's Falls Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Burk's Falls United Church would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
