MR. MILTON FREDERICK DETTA of South River Peacefully at Nipissing Manor in Corbeil on Saturday October 7, 2017 in his 93rd year. Milt Detta, beloved husband of Ruth Detta (nee Minor). Dear father of Jim (Iris), Sharon Martin (Russ), Steve (Ann) and Bob (Barb). Loving grandfather of Derek (Lisa), Michelle, Vickie (Adam), Cathy (Shawn), Richard (Dawn) and great grandfather of Jake, Cosimo, Francesca and Jimmy. Fondly remembered by his sister-in-law Phyllis, his nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends and predeceased by his brothers and sister. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge on Thursday October 12, 2017 from 1-2 P.M. A service to celebrate Milt's life will follow in the chapel at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Christian Schweter officiating.
