MRS. MARJORIE JEAN MAIN (nee Harris) of Burk's Falls Peacefully at Fairvern Nursing Home in Huntsville on Wednesday March 30, 2011. Mrs. Marjorie Main was in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of Lawrence Main. Dear mother of Beverly Bartlett (Allan) and the late Dennis Main (Jennie). Cherished grandmother of Jeff and Tara Bartlett and Michael and Kevin (Janet) Painter-Main. Great grandmother to Elizabeth Painter-Main. Predeceased by siblings Tom, Betty, Winnie and George. Marjorie will be fondly remembered by all her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Marjorie was a long standing member of the Ladies Auxiliary, Royal Canadian Legion Branch 34 in Orillia. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Monday April 11, 2011 from 10 a.m until time of service. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Main will be conducted in the chapel commencing at 11:00 a.m. on Monday April 11, 2011. Reverend Doctor Walter Winger officiating. Interment of cremated remains in the Burk's Falls Cemetery at a later date. If desired, memorial donations to Fairvern Nursing Home would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
