MRS. MARJORIE ELEANOR FOWLER of Burk's Falls Peacefully at the Algonquin Grace Hospice in Hutsville on Thursday August 8, 2013 in her 89th year. Marj Fowler (nee McCaig), beloved wife of the late Aubrey Fowler. Dear mother of Paul Fowler (Palm) of Burk's Falls. Loving grandmother of Kim Elliott (Dwight), Tracy Fowler (Pat), Daryl Fowler (Jennifer) and great grandmother of Olivia, Tyler, Ellie, Gavin, Sara, Ava and Samantha. Cherished sister of Marie Smith (late Al) and Jim McCaig (late Lola). Sister-in-law of Ardele McCaig and Don McDonald. Predeceased by sisters Ellen Robertson (late Mark), Frances McCaig and brother Earl McCaig. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and her other relatives and friends. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Monday August 12, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Marj Fowler will be conducted in the chapel on Tuesday August 13, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. with Maureen Ellison officiating. Interment at 2:00 P.M. at the St. John's Anglican Church Cemetery, Machar Township, Ontario. If desired, memorial donations to the Algonquin Grace Hospice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
