MRS. MARION BOYES of Burk's Falls (nee Stuart) Peacefully at Eastholme in Powassan on Thursday September 14, 2017. Marion Boyes, beloved wife of Barry Boyes, was in her 80th year. Dear mother of Jim (Melanie), Gary (Kim) and Fred (Daniella). Proud grandmother of Andrew, Kelsey, Daniel, Sarah, Jacqueline, Marshall, Alex and Max. Marion is survived by her sisters Anne MacPherson (Doug), Linda Blakelock (Ted) and will be fondly remembered by all of her family and friends. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burks Falls on Monday September 18, 2017 from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Boyes will be conducted in St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Burk's Falls commencing at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday September 19, 2017 with Reverend Doctor Walter Winger officiating. Interment in the Burk's Falls Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
