MRS. MARIAN ELEANORE TURNER Ontario Senior Achievement Award 2013 Recipient Marian Turner (nee Tudhope) of Kearney passed away peacefully in Gravenhurst on the evening of Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at the age of 80. Marian is survived by her husband of 63 years, Gilbert "Gib" and her son Ken and granddaughters Jenny and Lindsay. Fondly remembered by Ron and Fay Turner. Marian will be deeply missed by all those who knew her. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. A service to celebrate the life of the late Marian will follow in the Chapel at 1:00 pm with the Reverend Nina Fulford officiating. Interment at the Knox United Cemetery in Kearney. If desired, memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
