MRS. MARGARET BRANDT Of Sundridge and formerly of Parry Sound (nee Jacklin) Peacefully at Lakeland Long Term Care Centre in Parry Sound on Wednesday January 29, 2014. Mrs. Margaret Brandt, beloved wife of the late Wesley Brandt, was in her 90th year. Dear mother of Garry (Mary), Rick (Sharon) and Deborah Brandt. Predeceased by son Dennis and infant daughter Penny Ann. Cherished grandmother of Scott, Doug, Joanne, Cheryl, Melanie, Jonathon, Jessie, Trevor and Shelly. Great grandmother to Christopher, Jessica, Dillon, Dalton, Megan, Lucas, Joshua, late Olivia, Gracie, Ethan, Trent, Hayden, Maddox and Sienna. Margaret will be fondly remembered by all her family and friends. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Monday February 3, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Brandt will be conducted in the chapel commencing at 1:00 p.m. on Monday February 3, 2014 with Pastor Richard McQuillin officiating. Spring interment in Burk's Falls Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
