MRS. LINDA DARLENE COOMBS of South River Peacefully with her family by her side at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Tuesday March 28, 2017 in her 65th year. Linda Coombs (nee Page), beloved wife of Joe Coombs. Dear mother of Joanne Coombs, Janice Coombs, Jim Coombs (Debbie) and Gary Coombs. Loving grandma of Lindsey, Katilyn, Jessica, Dezarai, Keith, Hailey, Becky and Adam. Cherished sister of Pat Mowatt (Ron), Sherry Coombs (Lawrence), Don Page (Debra) and predeceased by brother Elwood Page and parents Mildred and Lloyd Page. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge on Friday March 31, 2017 from 1-3 and 6-8 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Linda Coombs will be conducted at Chalmers United Church, 131 Ottawa Avenue in South River on Saturday April 1, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Rick Callery and Reverend Susan Peverley officiating. Spring interment at the South River Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
