MR. LAWRENCE WILLIAM HEITTOLA Of Eagle Lake Peacefully surrounded by his family in Barrie on Saturday March 20, 2010 in his 79th year. Lawrence Heittola, beloved husband of Beverley Heittola (nee Fleming) of Eagle Lake. Dear father of Terry Heittola (Susan), Carla King (Robert), Larry Heittola (Brenda), Lorie Manning (Jim), Shelley Preston (Tom) and Diana Secord (Geordie). Loving grandfather of Stacey, Natasha, Kayla, Chad, Teale, Tara, Kyle, Adam, Meredith, Brian, Kelsey, Jarah, Kalli, Tessa, Brittany, Teagan, Caitlyn, Jayla, Talia, Julia, Jamie, Jaden and great grandfather of Cayleigh and Abby. Cherished brother of Joyce Standing (Keith). Predeceased by parents Clara and Willis Heittola, brother Carl Heittola and son-in-law Wayne Barry. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street, Sundridge on Thursday March 25, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Lawrence Heittola will be conducted in the chapel on Friday March 26, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. with Mr. Larry Jeffery officiating. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the C.N.I.B. or the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
