Kelly Ann Kemp

It is with heavy hearts that the Kemp family announces the sudden passing of Kelly Ann Kemp at Eastholme in Powassan, she was in her 63rd year. Beloved daughter of Donna Kemp (nee Hornibrook) and the late Neil Kemp. Cherished sister of Bill Kemp (Debbie). Loving aunt of Cassandra Kulesh (Slava), Sarah Kemp (David), Michael Hughes (Amanda), Shannon Hughes and great-aunt to Cleo, Michael’s 8 children and Shannon’s 4 children. Kelly was known for her beautiful smile that lite up a room and she was always positive would never complain. She was very involved in the community with Special Olympics, Agricultural Society, Zoin United Church and Community Living. She was a big fan of the Toronto Blue Jays, Boston Bruins and loved animals (especially dogs). Kelly will be fondly remembered by her family, friends and all that knew her. 

Family will receive friends at Zion United Church on Friday, August 2, 2024 from 12 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Followed by the burial at Strong Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Opatovsky Funeral Home- Moore Chapel. If desired, donations to Zion United Church, Eastholme or Community Living would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
