MRS. KATHEREEN "KAY" EVELYN BARRY Of Mattawa and formerly of South River Peacefully at her residence in Mattawa on Saturday February 16, 2013 in her 89th year. Kathereen Barry (nee Diver), beloved wife of the late Gordon Barry. Dear mother of Betty Hutchinson (Donald), Rita Ball (Colin), Charles Barry (Eleanor), Francis Barry and predeceased by son John Barry. Loving grandmother of Tammy (Daniel), Lillian (Alex), Reginald (Monique), Billy, Joyce, Kerry (Terry), Patrick, David (Tanya) and great grandmother of many. Cherished sister of Howard (Elaine), Pat (Beth), Ann McIsaac (late Angus), Bill (Shirley), Bernard (Connie), Lloyd (Pat), Caron O'Shell (Clarence) and predeceased by sisters Marg Arnold (late Lawrence), Veronica and brother Rob Diver. Predeceased by parents Charles and Lily Diver Fondly remembered by the Prentice family, her many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. It was not unusual to hear Kay singing gospel to the radio and reminiscing about her extensive family. She loved them all. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge on Wednesday February 20, 2013 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Kay Barry will be conducted in the chapel at 11:00 A.M. with the Pastor Rick Callery officiating. Spring interment at the Gravel Pit Mission Cemetery.
