MR. JOHN "JACK" WINSTON TILSON Of South River Peacefully surrounded by his family and his dog at the Algonquin Grace Hospice in Huntsville on Saturday July 28, 2012 in his 72nd year. Jack Tilson, beloved husband of Karen Tilson (nee Minor). Loving father of twin daughters Maureen Tilson and Doreen Tilson - Walton (Derek) both of Bracebridge. Dear grandfather of Nathan, Ryan, Elliott and Eric. Will be missed by his sister Diane Mumford (Don), best buddy Lorne Scrivens and his cherished companions Sadie and Tazz. Fondly remembered by his extended family and many friends. Family will receive visitors at the Knox Presbyterian Church in Sundridge on Wednesday August 1, 2012 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Jack Tilson will be conducted in the church at 11:00 A.M. with the Reverend Doctor Walter Winger officiating. If desired, memorial donations to the Algonquin Grace Hospice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
