MR. JAMES "JIM" RUSSELL Of Sundridge Peacefully at the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital on Sunday March 14, 2010 in his 72nd year. Jim Russell, beloved husband of Annie Russell (nee Castell). Loving father of Angie (Rick) Steengaard, Michael (Caroline), Connie Sheridan (Ken Thompson), Christina (Dave) McNay, Robin (Gary) Rigarlsford and Jane Russell (Rob Kirkton). Cherished grandfather of Jimmy, Ricky, Tommy, Jake, Ted, Danielle, Shannon, Brad, Natalia, Kenena, Lyle, Tyler, Jackie, Lawson and great grandfather of Skyler, January, Jessica and Rhys. Dear brother of Lena Alexander of North Bay and Dorothy Paige of Pickering. Predeceased by 12 siblings. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and many friends in the area. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street, Sundridge on Tuesday March 16, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Jim Russell will be conducted in the chapel on Wednesday March 17, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. with the Reverend Rick Callery officiating. Spring interment at Strong Cemetery, Sundridge, Ontario. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
