Peacefully at Algonquin Grace Hospice in Huntsville on Monday, July 23, 2018. James Ireland, beloved husband of Helen, was in his 91st year. Dear father of Dale, Steve and Bob Ireland. Proud grandfather of David, Darren, Sarah and Stephanie. Loving great-grandfather of Teresa. Jim is survived by his sisters Jean Ferguson (Mac) and Viola Rossi (Carlo) and will be fondly remembered by his many family and friends. A graveside service will be conducted at the Ahmic Harbour Cemetery on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 11:00am with Reverend Dr. Walter Winger officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street, Burks Falls. If desired, memorial donations to the Algonquin Grace Hospice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
