JAMES RANDOLPH CORNWALL WWII Veteran - of Sprucedale After fighting life's adversities as a soldier, lost his battle to Cancer at the Algonquin Grace Hospice in Huntsville on Wednesday March 7, 2012 in his 89th year. Jim Cornwall, beloved husband of the late Margaret Cornwall (nee Fothergill). Dear father of Karen Bilon (David) and Ted Cornwall (Cathy). Loving grandfather of Laura, James, Tom, Paul, Doug and great grandfather of Racheal, Robert, Jordan, Evan, Emily, Aidan and Mason. Predeceased by sisters Phyllis and Lillian. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and many friends, especially Jim Shelvock. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Friday March 9, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Jim Cornwall will be conducted in the chapel on Saturday March 10, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. with the Pastor Don Nicholson officiating. Spring interment at the Sprucedale United Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to Faith Chapel in Sprucedale or the Algonquin Grace Hospice in Huntsville would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
