MR. JAMES CLOSS of Burk's Falls Peacefully at Huntsville District Memorial Hospital on Friday August 15, 2014. Mr. Jim Closs, beloved husband of Annette Hoytema, was in his 79th year. Dear father of Doug (Penny) and Angela. Proud grandfather of Caleb and Miranda and great grandfather of Chloe. Jim is survived by his sisters; Marney, Irene, Annie, Jean, Janice, Jackie, Linda, his brother William and will be fondly remembered by all of his family and friends. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Tuesday August 19, 2014 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Wednesday August 20, 2014 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. A private family service will be conducted later. If desired, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
