MRS. ISABEL BRANDT Of Burk's Falls Peacefully at her home in Burk's Falls on Friday January 7, 2011. Mrs. Isabel Brandt was in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Alvin Brandt. Dear mother of Bruce (Mary), Elta Buck (Ken), Clair (Mary), Ellard (Debbie), Marilyn Pfaff (late Percy), Dale, Doug, Twyla Rains (Andy) and Austin Brandt. Cherished grandmother of 18 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Isabel will be fondly remembered by all her family and friends. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Monday January 10, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Brandt will be conducted in the chapel commencing at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday January 11, 2011. Spring interment in the Burk's Falls Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
