MRS. HILDA OLEVA GERTRUDE MAECK Of Sundridge Peacefully at Lady Isabelle in Trout Creek on Wednesday September 7, 2011 in her 83rd year. Hilda Maeck (nee Newburn), beloved wife of the late George Maeck. Loving Sister-in-Law of Ruby Newburn of Sundridge. Predeceased by brothers Roy, Andy and Howard Newburn and sisters Edna Love and Velma Kelsall. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street, Sundridge on Friday September 9, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Hilda Maeck will be conducted in the chapel on Saturday September 10, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. with the Pastor Rick Callery officiating. Interment at the Strong Cemetery, Sundridge. If desired, memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
