MRS. HELEN EMILY WOODRUFF HUDSON nee Moffatt Formerly of Magnetawan. Peacefully at Eastholme Home for the Aged in Powassan on Sunday November 7, 2010. Helen was in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Ernest Hudson and the late William Woodruff Senior. Beloved daughter of the late Luda and Charles Moffatt and dear mother of Helen Jean Roche (Valdi), Doris Langford (late Doug), William Woodruff Junior (Nancy), Peggy Evans (Dennis) and Russell Woodruff. Predeceased by son Loren Woodruff. Sadly missed by grandchildren Mark, William III, Stacey, Nathan, Wesley, Shawn, Joshua and Russell Junior, Justin, Samantha and the late Calvin. Great grandmother to Kyle, Eric and Christopher. Stepmother to Ernest Hudson's children. The family wishes to thank Eastholme; Doctors, Nurses and Staff. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Tuesday November 9, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of the late Helen will be conducted in Trinity United Church in Magnetawan commencing at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday November 10, 2010. Reverend Doctor Walter Winger and Maureen Ellison officiating. Interment in Chapman Cemetery, Magnetawan. If desired, ,in lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Trinity United Church in Magnetawan would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
