Cherished son of Bergen Phinney, Hazel and Edgar Rowley. Dear step brother of Terry Rowley (Judy), Tammy Peddigrew (Paul), Audra Thomas (Rod), Melanie Rowley and Brent Rowley (Daina). Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street, Sundridge on Saturday, September 26, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Glenn Phinney will be conducted in the chapel on Sunday, September 27, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Don Nicholson officiating. Interment at the Chapman Cemetery, Chapman Township. If desired, memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
