MR. GEORGE CLEMENTS Of Stoney Creek. Peacefully at St. Peter's Hospital in Hamilton on Sunday May 31, 2009. Mr. George Clements was in his 70th year. Beloved husband of Hilda (nee Stoner). Dear father of James, Geordie (Kim), Joe, Fred and Gary (Kathy). Cherished grandfather of Tonica, Jacqueline, Racheal, Kiara, Skylar and George. George is survived by his brother Jim Clements (Margaret) and will be fondly remembered by all his family and friends. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Tuesday June 2, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Clements will be conducted in the chapel commencing at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday June 3, 2009. Pastor Richard McQuillin officiating. Interment in St. Gerard's Catholic Cemetery in Sprucedale. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
