MR. FREDERICK THOMAS STOVER Of the Stover Family Band Of South River Peacefully at the Lady Isabelle Nursing Home in Trout Creek on Sunday March 23, 2014 in his 89th year. Fred Stover, beloved husband of Esther Stover (nee White) of South River. Dear father of Pearl Pennell (Roy) of South River. Loving brother of Irene Welch (Harry) of Port Burwell. Fondly remembered by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many other relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents Clarence and Evelyn, sons Bradley and John and two infant twin brothers. The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge on Thursday March 27, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Fred Stover will be conducted at the Chalmers United Church in South River on Friday March 28, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. with the Reverend Joan Smith officiating. Cremation and interment at the Wattenwyle Cemetery in Lount Township to follow. If desired, memorial donations to the Chalmers United Church, the Canadian Cancer Society or the Celiac-Sprue Association would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
