MR. FRANK LAURNITUS Of Waterdown, formerly of Sundridge Peacefully at the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital in Burlington on Friday December 30, 2011 in his 100th year. Frank Laurnitus, beloved husband of the late Vi Laurnitus (nee Carmichel). Dear father of Willard Laurnitus (Dianne) of North Bay, Bruce Laurnitus of Toronto and Linda Dennis (Allan) of Waterdown. Loving grandfather of Shane, Mark (Andrea), Frankie, Kristin (Bryan), Sheena and great grandpa of Bryce, Wyatt, Reanna and Taylor. Cherished brother of Florence Laurnitus. Fondly remembered and loved by his many nieces and nephews. A private family service to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Frank Laurnitus will be conducted at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street, Sundridge with Mr. Steve Ramsay officiating. Spring interment at the Strong Cemetery, Sundridge. If desired, memorial donations to the South River-Machar Animal Shelter would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
