Evelyn Alice Cox

Peacefully at home on Monday July 24, 2023.  Ev, beloved wife of the late Marvin for 65 years, was in her 86th year.
Dear mother of Marlin (Brenda) and the late David Cox.
Fondly remembered by all her grandchildren and great grandchildren and survived by 8 siblings.
Ev will be remembered for her spirit, kindness, and determination.
The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge on Sunday July 30, 2023, from 12 to 2 pm.
A service to celebrate Ev’s life will follow in the chapel commencing at 2:00 pm with Reverend Rick Callery officiating.
Interment of ashes will follow in the Strong Cemetery.
If desired, memorial donations to the Cancer Society, Sundridge Food Bank or Sundridge Lion’s Club (cheque only please) would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
