MRS. ESTHER MAE SAUNDERS Of South River Went to be with her Lord peacefully at home after a brief illness on Wednesday February 15, 2012 in her 65th year. Esther Saunders (nee Martin), beloved wife of Bob Saunders. Dear step mother of Christina Baird (Jeff) and Trevor Saunders (Beth). Loving grandmother of Hayden and Mason. Cherished sister of Miriam Brubacher (Dennis), Murray Martin (Yvonne) and their families. Dear sister-in-law of Audrena and Erwin Verheye, Paul and Melanie Saunders and their families. Beloved daughter-in-law of Bert and Audrey Saunders. Fondly remembered by her extended family and many friends. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street, Sundridge on Sunday February 19, 2012 from 2-4 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs. Esther Saunders will be conducted at the Faith Baptist Church, 169 West Road in Huntsville on Monday February 20, 2012 at 3:00 P.M. with the Pastor Murray Russell and the Pastor Darrell Baker officiating. Spring interment at the Wattenwyl Cemetery in Lount Township. If desired, memorial donations to Compassion Canada or Bright Hope International (Zambia) would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
