Erwin Verheye

Passed suddenly at home on Tuesday March 4, 2025. Erwin, beloved husband of Audrena for 50 years, was in his 75th year.

Loving father of Jason (Charlotte), Lindsay (Jon), Randy (Janine), and Jody (Jennifer).

Proud Papa (Buba) of Brianna, Gabrielle, Jameson, Easton, Kaelyn, Parker, Owen, Cooper, Kaley and Mackenzie.

Erwin is survived by his sister Krista (Jim) and brother-in-law Paul (Melanie); predeceased by parents Roger and Valerie Verheye, in-laws Bert and Audrey Saunders, and brother-law- Bob (wife Esther).

Erwin will be remembered for his dedication and passion for his family and his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

The family will receive visitors at Bethel Pentecostal Church, 15 Buck Haven Road in Sundridge on Saturday March 8, 2025, from 11 to 12pm. A service to celebrate Erwin’s life will follow commencing at 1:00 pm with Pastor Curtis Gudrie officiating.

“Please come prepared with your favourite memory of Erwin.”

Cremation has taken place with interment of ashes later.

If desired, memorial donations to Compassion Canada or Voice of the Martyrs would be sincerely appreciated by the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Moore Chapel in Sundridge.
