Peacefully at Huntsville District Memorial Hospital on Monday March 18, 2019. Erwin Rother, beloved husband of Hildegard for 62 years, was in his 89th year.
Loving father of George (Leslie) and Doris (Marc).
Special and loving Opa of Patrick (Kayla) and Christel (Michel).
Dear brother of Frank (Ursula), Gerd (Monika), Eva, Alice (late Emil), Gottfried (Marianne) and Leni (late Heiko).
He is also fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, as well as neighbours and friends he met along the way.
The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Monday March 25, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
A service to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Erwin Rother will follow in the chapel commencing at 1:00 p.m. with Father Theodore Nnorom officiating.
Spring interment in Midlothian Cemetery, Burk's Falls, Ontario.
In lieu flowers, memorial donations to the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital or the North Bay CCAC would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
