Peacefully at the Algonquin Grace Hospice, Huntsville on Monday February 1, 2016  after a courageous battle with cancer.  Don Semple, beloved partner of Sandra (Sandy) Johnstone, was in his 82nd year.
Dear father of Gary (Dorothy), Gregg (Patti) and step father to Debbie, Scott (Belinda) and Tricia (George).
Proud grandfather of Michael, Kyra, Katie, Tia, Tyler, Stephen, Alex, Gary and Marissa.
Great grandfather of Clarie, Kristan and Chase.
Dear brother of Doug Semple (late Carol) and David Semple.
Don is predeceased by his parents James and Muriel Semple and will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
A celebration of Don's life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 405, 9 Mary Street in Burk's Falls on Saturday March 12, 2016  from 1 to 3 p.m.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls.
