David Steven Willett

Suddenly at home on Sunday August 13, 2023.  David, beloved partner, and best friend of Ellen Murdy was in his 71st year.
David is predeceased by his parents Vern (Stub) and Mabel Willett, brother Garry, sisters Valerie and infant Bonnie.
He is survived by his sister-in-law Shirley Willett and brother-in-law Ray Marshall.
Uncle of Brenda (Mark), Kevin (Krista), Raymond, Heather (John) and their families.
David will be fondly remembered by the Murdy family, his aunts, uncles, many cousins and friends.
The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk’s Falls on Thursday August 17, 2023, from 11am until 1pm.  A service to celebrate David’s life will follow commencing at 1pm in the chapel with Reverend Edna Murdy officiating.  
Interment in the Sprucedale United Church Cemetery to follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
