MISS CHRISTEL ANNA LUDWIG Of Kearney Peacefully at Huntsville District Memorial Hospital on Saturday February 16, 2013. Miss Christel Ludwig was in her 89th year. Beloved daughter of the late Gertrud and Wilhelm Ludwig. Christel will be fondly remembered by all her relatives in Germany and her many friends in Kearney. The family will receive visitors at the Harmony United Church (Knox) in Kearney on Friday February 22, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of the late Miss Ludwig will be conducted in Harmony United Church (Knox) in Kearney commencing at 1:00 p.m. on Friday February 22, 2013 with Reverend Nina Fulford officiating. Spring interment in Knox United Cemetery in Kearney, Ontario. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls, Ontario. If desired, memorial donations to Harmony United Church would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
