MR. CHARLIE ABRAHAM RUSSELL of Burk's Falls Peacefully at the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital on Monday August 8, 2016 in his 90th year. Charlie Russell, dear brother of Alice Brear (Harry). Loving son of the late Philo and Annie Russell. Predeceased by sisters: Emma, Florence, Jenny, Eleanor and brothers: George, Joe, Richard, Elwood and Percy. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk's Falls on Friday August 12, 2016 from 1-3 and 6-8 P.M. A service to celebrate the life of the late Charlie Russell will be conducted in the chapel on Saturday August 13, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. Interment at the Burk's Falls Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
